I feel... sluggish.
I finished all my projects for work, all the coding for the racetrack, all the expenses...I never realized how much I miss the missions. At least they kept my interest.

[It's clear that the two bodies on the sofa are unaware of the camera's active eye, but even then, they might not have even cared if it was. Sprawled out on the sofa, dead asleep, is Reno... looking lethargic and not unlike a mush of Turk.
Equally as lazy was Cissnei, looking halfway asleep herself, and laying ontop of Reno, using him as a makeshift body pillow. Eventually, she notices the active camera, raising her head up just enough to peer at it...]
Eh? Oh... I'll get it later...
[WIth a sigh, she lays her head back down, not having enough energy to get up and turn off the device.]

[The camera clicks on, showing a fully uniformed Cissnei. She is every bit the Turk she has always been, sitting ever so calmly with her arms folded over her chest. Her face is carefully neutral thanks to years of training, and yes, she means serious business.]
It seems that some of us have been warped back to a time where the best way to get back at someone is spreading rumors, and frankly, it disappoints me.
Do we really have to resort to petty battles with he said this, and she said that? Truly?
I thought we were all to the point where we could handle situations like adults, instead of children who have scuffles on the playground.
[She shifts a little, clearing her throat]
That being said, I would ask that for everyone's sake, please stop this ridiculous name calling and blame throwing.
I don't care what he said, I don't care what she said, but what I care is that it's causing enough stress between everyone for a lifetime or two. I know some things were said that were especially hurtful, but honestly, it's all been taken grossly out of proportion.
And embellishing details to make one side look worse over the other is just silly.
So, I ask you, give it up.
I'm not asking you all to be friends again, but I'm asking that you at least be civil. I trust that's not too difficult a request?
Or, even better, avoid the problem. Don't associate with each other anymore if you need to. Easy and stress free!
[With a final sigh, the camera shuts off]

Reno is missing.
There's no note. No messages. No anything.
I have a feeling it's because of the Geostigma outbreak. No, he wasn't scared, it's because he and I... well, the Shin-Ra company in general have some background with this disease. It's stressful to deal with it again, trust me.
What I have found is some research notes that I believe might help the investigation of a cure. Please put them to good use.

[The camera turns on, showing a sneaky looking Cissnei peeking around a corner. She turns to the camera, clearing her throat]
Today, we are on a mission to find the elusive Reno Turk, who can be sometimes be found on his sofa nest. The Reno Turk is a crafty, dangerous creature, so we must be extra careful.
[The camera turns out towards the apartment, and we are taken, slowly, through the hallway. As it turns a corner, Cissnei crouches down, peeking around a chair. Reno is sitting there on the sofa, interested in something on his PHS. The camera faces Cissnei again, and she whispers.]
Ah! And there he is! The Reno Turk... now, the best approach is one totally by surprise.
[She sets the camera up on a table, pointing it directly at Reno]
...
[After moments of silence, Cissnei makes a running leap towards the poor, hapless Reno...]
[ooc: A bored Cissnei is a dangerous Cissnei. XD That is all.]

[Cissnei is busy making lunch for herself and the kittens, still very much depressed about the aftermath of the last curse. She hasn't seemed to notice the little heart-shaped candies on the kitchen counter.]
Lunch time!
[She bends down to set the food bowls on the floor, and stands back up to attend to her own food... but it's then she notices the candy. Curious, she picks one of them up.]
Hmm... I haven't seen these things in years. Bit of an odd phrase on it though.
[The word "LIAR" is clearly visible as she pops the candy into her mouth, and after a moment, she just seems to... pause.]

I... I think I have that problem.
But I should be safe here, right? I mean, it's not like anyone would do anything to me... my boss isn't here, and it happened so long ago.

I let them go, okay? I was the one that helped them escape. I lied to my boss, I told him that I couldn't locate them anymore. How was I supposed to know that everything would turn out like it did?
Zack... and Cloud... I let them go.
Would it have changed anything if I hadn't? I think about it constantly, especially with the Meteor crisis. Zack might have been alive. Secured in Shin-Ra HQ, but alive and well. I sent him to his death, didn't I? And Cloud, what would have become of you then? Would you be the same person you are now? Or would you have been spared the anguish?
